Cleaning your beard brush
This is how your beard brush looks like new again:
A beard brush can do a lot: Not only does it shape your beard, it also makes the hairs more manageable by distributing the oil from your skin throughout the beard. As you can see, a beard brush is essential for a well-groomed beard. But just like your beard, your beard brush also needs to be cared for and cleaned. Read here how to achieve this and get the most out of it:

01. Regularly clean your beard brush of hair
You'll probably be able to get most of the hair out of the brush with your hands. To get rid of the stubborn hairs, you can simply use the end of a styling comb to pull the hairs out. The brush will now look much cleaner, but skin particles and dust will unfortunately be a bit harder to remove.
02. Washing & Cleaning
Simply mix some shampoo with warm water and let the brush bristles soak in for a few hours. For an even more thorough cleaning, apply a drop of shampoo directly to the brush and spread it around with your fingers. You can then easily remove any residue with a toothbrush. Then simply rinse again with clean water.
03. Dry it
You should let your brush dry thoroughly. Either on a radiator or in the sun. Afterward, it will be as good as new and ready for use. We recommend avoiding a hairdryer, as the air is often too hot.
By the way: You can also care for the wood of your beard brush. Simply add a few drops of tea tree oil to a clean cloth and gently rub it onto all the wooden parts of the brush.
